Levitating Prayer Wheel description:

This is the world’s first Levitating prayer wheel!  It floats using magnetic technology above its base.  It is easy to spin using the top and due to the lack of friction from bearings or anything else, it will spin for hours or days on a single spin.  It is filled with 26 million  Avalokiteshvara mantras and 3 million Medicine Buddha mantras on microfilm. Tirelessly spinning, it fills the surroundings with the energy of healing and compassion. Read below for more on the magnetic base.

This prayer wheel made out of beautiful figured walnut hardwood, sustainably harvested in our home state of Oregon.  It is crowned with a beautiful lapis lazuli cabochon. The engraving is the Mani mantra in tibetan cursive.

All our prayer wheels are finished with a non toxic all natural wood finish and produced with 100% renewable electricity. Made with love in Portland, Oregon. USA

Note on the magnetic base:

The magnetic base is made by another company, we do not produce it ourselves.  We have purchased many of them and tested some of them for over a year with no problems and we feel they are of reliable enough quality for us to use in these unique prayer wheels.  In addition we test each base to ensure its in perfect working order before shipping it to you. However, we cannot provide a warranty beyond 30 days from the day you receive your levitating prayer wheel for the electronic levitating magnet base.  If there is a problem with the levitating base in the future, a replacement can be easily ordered for $52.00.

The base requires to be plugged into a standard electric plug to operate.  It uses very little electricity.  Balancing the prayer wheel on the base can be tricky at first but becomes easier after doing it the first couple times.
