SHIPPING POLICY and SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.We ship orders within the U.S.A. via insured Priority mail unless another method is specifically requested by you.
For international shipping, we insure and ship via USPS Express International. While we cannot be responsible for delay or loss in the mail, we do fully insure international packages so that if lost, customers receive the level of compensation determined by the postal service in their country. In terms of timing, every country is different with the time it takes to go through customs, some countries tend to be swift, wheareas in other countries customs can cause delays up to several weeks. We are not responsible for delays due to your countries customs offices. We have been shipping prayer wheels all over the world for many years and have never lost a package.
Orders that are shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs tariffs, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and will be billed by the delivery company. We have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate them. Tariffs and taxes are neither collected nor included in your price calculation at the time of your order; for an estimate of these fees, which vary by region, contact the customs office in your area.
ReturnsWe are deeply committed to making the world’s finest prayer wheels and no prayer wheel leaves our shop that is not of the highest quality.For prayer wheels ordered on our webstore, if you’re unhappy with your prayer wheel, contact us within thirty days of purchase and we’ll repair, replace or refund your prayer wheel as long as you return it to us in the original condition. For refunds, repairs or replacement, please contact us first to make arrangements. If you decide you would like a refund, we will be happy to refund the cost of your prayer wheel less credit card processing fees (10%) and shipping fees.For custom prayer wheels, we are unable to offer refunds. Each one is a one of a kind unique piece of hand made custom artwork. Every prayer wheel takes time, mindfulness, love, prayers and many long hours of hard work to create. From the moment you order your custom prayer wheel from us, we begin engaging in the many tasks it takes to bring your prayer wheel into form. While you are patiently waiting, we are engaging our body, speech and mind in service to your practice through the creation of your prayer wheel. And so for this reason, we are unable to offer refunds on custom prayer wheels. Every single prayer wheel is made to the specifications you request and is of the highest quality. And in all the years we have been making prayer wheels, we have never had a single sangha member who is unhappy with their prayer wheel. |
