Description
Dharma Wheel
This standard size prayer wheel is made out of beautifully patterned walnut wood, sustainably harvested in our home state of Oregon.
This perfect size was developed over many years of trial and error. It is large enough to contain a substantial amount of mantras, yet small enough to carry around easily and also be spun for hours without resulting in fatigue.
The handle length is between 5 and 6 inches. The handle has an ergonomic grip which comfortably facilitates the slight muscle movements needed to spin the prayer wheel without it feeling awkward in the hand.
Inside it contains 4 million Amitabha mantra, 700.000 Guru Rinpoche mantra, 530.000 Vajrakilaya mantras and 2.5 million Yamantaka mantras, printed on microfilm. It spins effortlessly on high-quality lifetime ball bearings using a natural amethyst as a spinner attached with a sturdy yet elegant chain.
The top shape is nipple design. As our teacher, Garchen Rinpoche said: “The nipple on top reminds us of our mother’s, the nipple is Tara.”
The engraving is Liberation upon Seeing mantra.
All our prayer wheels are finished with a non-toxic all natural wood finish and produced with 100% renewable electricity.
Made with love in Portland, Oregon. USA.
